Flat Rate Pricing
Our flat rate model is most suited for contractors, construction sites, and renovation projects who want to know the total cost upfront, regardless of truck space or weight. where disposal volumes are predictable.
- Ideal for drywall, concrete, wood, roofing debris, or mixed construction waste.
- Provides a set cost upfront, making it easier for project managers and contractors to budget.
- Streamlines invoicing and billing, reducing back and forth and keeping project administration.
- Commonly used on job sites, ongoing projects, or contracted work where large bins or repeated pickups are required.
In some cases where items are exceptionally heavy (e.g., concrete, drywall, or soil) or require extra labour time (tight access, stairs, dismantling), additional charges may apply. Our team always provides a transparent estimate in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
Volume Based Pricing
Perfect for residential customers or smaller one-time cleanouts where junk varies in size and quantity or for larger or mixed loads where the final cost depends on the amount of space your junk occupies in our truck.
- Our minimum junk removal service starts at $150, covering about 1/8th of a truckload.
- Pricing scales up depending on how much of the truck is filled, up to a full truckload.
- Factors such as weight, type of material, and labour time are considered.
- Our trucks are 16 feet long (equivalent to a 20 yard bin), larger than most competitors, allowing us to haul more in fewer trips and save you money.
