Our Approach
We offer 3 stages of cleaning:
1. Rough Clean
This cleaning follows the utility work before flooring is installed. We remove large items, debris, garbage and heavy dirt from surfaces.
Expectation: Floor area swept clean, organized and large debris/garbage is left in the designated area.
2. Light Clean
After the Initial Clean and before the Final Clean takes place, we maintain the site clean to avoid dust and debris from building up.
Expectation: Floor area is vacuumed, horizontal surfaces and crevices dusted, all cabinetry is dusted and free of sawdust. Window frames, sills, and glass are dusted. Large debris is left in the designated area.
3. Final Clean
A thorough and detailed cleaning is performed once all finishes are installed, making the building move-in ready and Shine.
Expectation: All areas are cleaned in complete detail, including but not limited to windows, floors, cabinetry, fixtures, doors, etc.
