FAQ

These are the most frequently asked questions that our clients ask before contracting junk removal services.

We want to make sure we give you an accurate price. Since we price based on how much space your items take up in the truck for junk removal, or type of demolition work you have, or the size, weight and distance your items needs to be delivered, we need to see your items in person before we can give you a final price.
As soon as the friendly, uniformed team arrives, they’ll look at all the items you want to have removed, demolished or delivered and provide an exact price before starting the work.
We only complete the job if you are happy with the price, so if you choose not to proceed, just say the word, and we’ll be on our way.

No, we can’t give you an exact price over the phone.
For some single-item removals, we can give you an estimated price before the appointment, but the final price will always be given onsite. In the demolition service it is impossible to give a price before, since each project is specific, and requires individual professional evaluation. The best way to get a price is to book a free, no-obligation onsite estimate here.

The items we most often help people get rid of are mattresses, couches, other types of furniture, and electronics. We can take almost anything two people can lift and load, as long as it’s not toxic or hazardous. We can remove your items from wherever they’re located, whether it’s your garage, backyard, attic, or anywhere else—all you have to do is the point!

We accept cash and major credit cards, and E-Transfer.

Some locations can take paint, while others aren’t able to accept it. This is due to differences in local regulations in every location. For those that can take paint, please note that they often require the paint to be thoroughly dried before they can remove it. If you have paint that you need to get rid of, give us a call, and we’ll let you know if your location can take it.

Yes, we do take drywalls; however, due to recent changes in drywall recycling, special procedures and reporting is required. If your drywall is older than 1990, you will need lab results confirming no asbestos. If it is newer than 1990, you will need to prove it with an original date stamp (from the factory) on the back of the drywall board. In either case, you will need to provide to our drivers a signed declaration.

Our goal is always to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of the landfill by donating the donatable and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
